Step into our world of refined elegance and let our gracious and knowledgeable team guide you through our carefully curated offerings. We're here to ensure that you discover the perfect pieces that make you feel confident, empowered, and undeniably sexy. Join us on this enchanting journey and embrace the allure of luxury resale at The Refind Closet!
Your confidence in our products is our top priority. To achieve this, we utilize the renowned Entrupy system, which meticulously examines the quality of leather, verifies the serial number, and delivers a reliable authenticity report for all of our handbags.
We prioritize empowering both consignors and buyers to extend the life cycle of their designer pieces. With the alarming growth of textile waste each year, participating in resale becomes a powerful step towards reducing unnecessary waste. Join us in making a positive impact on the environment while enjoying the benefits of luxury resale.
Jeannine Christofilis, Co-Owner
With over two decades of experience in sales, Jeannine has a diverse background and passion for the world of luxury resale. After working in the data network space for ten years, Jeannine transitioned to launching an apothecary brand (working with prestigious retailers like Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue, Barneys, and Neiman Marcus). Over time, Jeannine's passion for luxury and designer fashion grew, leading her to work with her cousin, Mary Bridget, to create Refind - an elevated designer resale experience in Seattle. Thrilled to be a part of the exciting mission of sustainable luxury resale, she is committed to making a difference. Outside of Refind, Jeannine and her husband have four children ranging from middle to high school ages, keeping them happily occupied.
Susie Cohen, Co-Owner
Susie's journey in Washington started in 1995 when she left her job at Bloomingdales in New York to work as a buyer for The Bon Marche in Seattle and pursue her first love and now husband, Stephen. Now a proud mother of Sophie and Drew, Susie's passion for fashion has been ingrained since playing dress up in her mother's closet as a child. Her mission at The Refind Closet is to help women discover their own personal style, empowering them to feel their best. Susie firmly believes that style should reflect and celebrate each person's unique life, embracing fashion as one of the truest forms of self-expression. Susie's expertise extends to personal shopping and closet edits, having styled countless women in Seattle and New York in recent years. A curated closet that inspires can truly transform lives, and she finds it an honor to work with all of the amazing clients at The Refind Closet.
Olivia Taylor, Head of Marketing
Olivia is from Mukilteo, Washington and has had a passion for fashion since she was just a little girl. She took her passion and turned it into a career after attending Washington State University, graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising in 2020. She dived into the fashion and marketing world of Seattle headfirst at a startup fashion company then eventually found her way to Refind in 2022. Her eye for mixing patterns, dressing body types, and adding the perfect accessories to complete any look combined with her track record of success make her a valuable player and upstanding edition the team.
Kate Myklebust, Director of Growth
A Seattle native, Kate recently graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Sales. She started with Refind in 2022, working her way up the ranks from Model to Social Media Coordinator to her new position as Director of Growth Initiatives. Her passion for the fashion and luxury resale industry, combined with her business education, make her eager and excited to help continue to grow the Refind community. When Kate isn’t at Refind, she is working as the Investor Relations Associate at Archon Capital Management LLC, a hedge fund also located in Seattle, Washington.
Andrea Miller, Inventory
Andrea is from Portland, Oregon and has been a Seattle resident for three decades. She is the proud mother of three kids and a chocolate lab puppy named Louie. When she isn't with Louie, you will catch her cooking, knitting, or participating in any activity that gets her outside in the beautiful PNW. Andrea can be found behind the scenes at Refind, as her role consists of checking in new inventory, researching and pricing, prepping items for sale, and keeping the store in check!
Dina Wampold, Inventory + Operations
Dina has had a long and varied career in retail. She has held many roles, including sales, management, visual and product merchandising, and personal stylist. Her love for gorgeous fabrics, quality construction, and concern for the fashion industry's environmental impact have made The Refind Closet a perfect fit! Dina values making meaningful connections with the women she works with and her clients, and she loves helping clients curate outfits that make them feel confident and stylish. Working at The Refind Closet allows Dina to dabble in all her areas of expertise and have fun doing it with a fabulous community of women! Outside of The Refind, you can find her hanging with her three kids and husband, and two insanely needy dogs.
Trina Myklebust, General Manager
Trina is a Seattle native who graduated from Washington State University with a degree in education and a passion for working with others. She has always loved fashion and was inspired to pursue a career in the fashion industry after years of being at home and raising her kids. After 3 years of working as the manager at a popular retail chain, Trina decided to step away and pivot to the luxury resale space. She loves the concept and feels that the Refind community is truly one of a kind. She is a proud mother of three, and when she is not at Refind, Trina enjoys spending time cooking at home and being with her family.
Cheryl Hubbell, Sales
Cheryl recently retired from her retail marketing profession. Her big question of “what’s next” was quickly answered when she was shopping in Refind with a friend and Susie offered her a job on the spot! She loves the Refind community, whether it be in-store, on-line or the fun team she works with. When she’s not working, she enjoys time on the water, behind the wheel of her boat. She also loves traveling with her family. She has two children that are now young adults and a husband that travels for work too much, so any time she gets to spend with them, she’ll take it! She has always loved fashion and searching for secondhand treasures, which makes Refind the perfect place for her!
And, the rest of our amazing team!
The Refind Closet could not run without all the other phenomenal women who support in our Sales Operations, Inventory, and Modeling divisions. A huge shout to all of their hard work, dedication, and personality that has turned Refind into the beautiful community that it is today!
